MAIN INDICATIONS: For the treatment of duodenal ulceration, benign gastric ulceration, recurrent ulcer and other conditiions where reduction of gastric acid secretion has been shown to be beneficial. DOSAGE AND USES: Adults :IM ; IV : 300mg every 6 hours or 37.5 mg/hour contains infusion.Children : IM ; IV : 20-40 mg/Kg/day in divided doses every 4 hours. |
